Woman looking at a stack of books - resources for mental health

Mental Health and Wellness Resources

Therapy is often one part of a broader support system. The clinicians, wellness professionals, practical services, and educational resources below may complement individualized care and help you explore additional forms of support.

I know many of the professionals listed here through collaboration, professional relationships, or referral experience. I do not supervise their services or receive compensation for referrals. Because every person’s needs are different, I encourage you to contact each provider directly to learn more about their services and determine whether they may be a good fit for you.

This page is provided for informational purposes only. Inclusion does not guarantee availability, fit, services, or outcomes. Coaching, complementary wellness practices, books, videos, and consumer products are not substitutes for individualized medical or mental health care.

Clinical and Medical Care

The providers in this section offer psychiatric care, medication management, women’s health services, and other specialized clinical support. Because each person’s needs are different, I encourage you to contact providers directly to learn more about their services, availability, and whether they may be a good fit.

Health and Lifestyle Support

The professionals in this section provide nutrition education, health coaching, fitness programming, sleep support, and other lifestyle-focused services. These services may complement medical and mental health care but are not substitutes for individualized evaluation or treatment from a licensed healthcare provider.

Support for Life and Family Transitions

Major life transitions often involve practical, financial, legal, and caregiving decisions in addition to their emotional impact. The professionals below offer support in areas related to aging, family care, divorce, and family law.

Practical Wellness Resources

The products listed here are optional consumer resources that I have personally tried. They are not medical or mental health treatments, and their inclusion does not mean they will be appropriate for everyone.

Recommended Videos

I have found over the years that I tend to refer my clients to both of these videos at some point during therapy, so I wanted to share a link to each below.

The concept of self-compassion has been a powerful tool for many of my clients to manage negative self-talk and for many, to show kindness to themselves for the first time in their lives.

The power of vulnerability and labeling emotions has been another powerful tool for my clients to begin to understand their experiences and reconnect with themselves and those around them.
